We invite parents and students to join us for an engaging Coffee Hour focused on understanding today’s teenagers beyond academics — from mental health to motivation and personal growth.
This session will be led by Keegan King, PhD, a clinical psychologist specializing in adolescent development, neurodevelopment, and the impact of technology on mental health. He works closely with children and families (ages 0–21), offering practical, research-backed insights into behavior, stress, and growth.
What We'll Cover
- How to communicate more effectively with teenagers
- The impact of screen time and social media on attention and well-being
- Recognizing signs of stress, anxiety, and burnout
- Supporting students in making thoughtful academic and career decisions
The session includes a short expert talk followed by an open discussion and Q&A.
